Hi there! My name is Charlie Jacobs, and I am a scenic / experience designer born and raised in Santa Barbara, CA with backgrounds in theater, immersive experiences, theme parks, and scenic art. I’ve worn many hats ranging from scenic designer, technical director, lighting designer, and theme painter.

My varied experience brings a unique perspective to each project, in hopes to make a better final product overall. I particularly enjoy working on fulfilling projects where I get to combine these skills.

From creating design packages, to producing build drawings, to assembling set dressing, to fabricating and painting scenic treatments, I’m interested in working in all phases of production – from conception to installation.

I’ve always been fascinated in the escape that theatrical, themed, and immersive experiences can bring to guests. I hope we get the chance to work together and create something out-of-this-world!
